Well, how did I get here?

With over 20 years of leadership experience, I’ve learned that at the heart of every successful business are the people who make it run. Before entering HR, I spent many years as a manager myself—leading teams, solving problems, and witnessing firsthand what helps workplaces thrive and what holds them back. Those experiences shaped my HR practice and my core belief: everyone deserves a happy, healthy workplace built on trust, empathy, and care.

After years of navigating corporate red tape and unnecessary roadblocks, I decided to start my own practice. I wanted to build a space where HR could be simple, trauma-informed, and genuinely supportive—where leaders and teams could find guidance without bureaucracy.

I believe HR works best when it’s human. I show up with humor, empathy, and care. While the work is serious, it doesn’t have to be heavy. When people feel heard and appreciated, businesses don’t just get by—they thrive.
